    Description

    Passing one of the typical lakes of the region with its white, conical salt mountains, the path leads into a quiet residential area Colonia Sant Jordis. Behind the front garden with beautiful roses and bougainvillea is located on the raised ground terrace of the apartment. In the morning, the sun stands on this side of the house and accompanies your start to the day. The living room is bright and has two double doors to the terrace. The attached kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together on the gas stove and a dining table. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are all in the back of the house. At the end of the corridor opens a second terrace, where the sun is in the afternoon. Here behind the house is also the cozy, newly designed barbecue area. In the photos, this area is not yet visible, because during the winter, the construction work to take place.

    The sea is just around the corner (130 meters) and two beautiful beaches are within walking distance (900 meters or 1000 meters walk). Even the world famous natural beach Es Trenc you can walk along the coast or drive in a few minutes (7 miles). In this region of the island, you have a wide choice of beaches with Caribbean flair. It is also worth a trip to the east coast, with its fishing villages and unique Calas.

    In short: Tabalu is an affordable, comfortable holiday home in a priceless and beautiful region.

    From 01.11. - 31.03. are only possible Long-term rentals with a minimum stay of 30 nights. Electricity consumption is charged extra and a rental deposit of € 750.00 is charged.
