    Description

    The dream house "Villa Can Torrens" is located in first sea line with an open sea view! On the entrance level there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a guest toilet and the well-equipped, large kitchen with access to the bright, comfortable living room. The entire length of the house is oriented towards the sea. In summer, you can open the large glass doors of the kitchen and living room and enjoy the sound of the sea inside the house! On the long, 60 m2 terrace of this slightly elevated level you can eat together and watch the passing yachts. Even on hot days a nice little wind blows here.
    In the lower level of the house there are another 4 bedrooms - three with access to the lower sun terrace and one with bath en suite. The third bathroom is also located on this floor.
    As a highlight for the winter, there is also a large common room with Mallorcan stove and fireplace.
