The Finca Villa del Nord is 15,000 m2, has a 250 m2 house (new building!) And a beautiful 10 x 5 m pool (1.5 m deep, chlorinated).
It is located in the middle of the 1,200 m2 lawn area. 6 sun loungers under a shady porch are waiting for you. On the higher veranda you can also enjoy pure tranquility and the beautiful view over the fields and mills of Sa Pobla and the breathtaking mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. The lower terrace has a barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking.
The house has three bright bedrooms and two modern bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub and massage shower).
All bedrooms are double rooms, with parquet flooring, large wardrobes and great views. The master bedroom has access to the terrace with veranda and has a large double bed and a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and the third with two single beds.
Living and dining area are located in a large, open, airy, modern room. There is a satellite TV with over 1,000 channels, free Wi-Fi and a fireplace.
For the 2019 season, the house is fully equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and many smaller kitchen appliances that facilitate self-supply.
The high construction of the house ensures good air circulation and a cool summer climate inside the house. The good insulation and the modern fireplace provide warmth and coziness in winter.

The proximity to the nature reserve of s'Albufera also make it an excellent destination for cyclists and hikers.
