Description
Fantastically located property between fields and vineyards in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. Large and stately, the 280 m² house is the center of the 50,000 m² estate.
The driveway to the estate is already impressive, lined with pine trees and majestic palm trees. Cars can be parked in the shaded garage. A playground provides fun for our little guests, including free roaming chicks, of course on a fenced meadow. The lemon trees decorate the esplanade of the big house. Surrounding it is a well-tended garden, the heart of which is the large sun terrace with an integrated saltwater pool to cool off pleasantly. The pool is 10 x 5 in size and impresses with its decorative blue mosaics and a staircase for easy entry. There is also an open-air bath next to the pool. A sufficient number of sun loungers and parasols contribute to the pleasure of bathing and sunbathing. A covered deck, outdoor brick grill, and small outdoor kitchen promise a great outdoor lunch or dinner. The best way to buy fresh fish, meat and fresh vegetables is at the weekly market in Felanitx, one of the most beautiful on the island.
The inner zone of the farm is in no way inferior to the outer zone. The generously decorated rooms with high-quality noble materials, harmonious furnishings and affectionate décor immediately put the visitor in a feeling-good holiday mood with great character. The fully equipped country kitchen is integrated into the typical Mallorcan living-dining room decorated with natural stone walls and rustic wooden beams. A guest toilet is available in this area. On the ground floor there is also an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a small private living room. On the upper floor there is another suite and another 2 double bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with private showers.
In addition, the farm offers a novelty: Approximately 30 m from the main building, an apartment of approximately 70 m² was created, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a small living room and a mini kitchen. The apartment can be booked if necessary and only in conjunction with the holiday estate.
The service and hospitality of the owners leave nothing to be desired. The entire property is very well maintained, and there is also a complete change of towels and bedding once a week. So it is no wonder that this holiday estate is always very well booked, especially by repeaters!
